My Help Desk
My Help Desk is a revolutionary computer services and support tool. This innovative tool allows both new and returning customers to log onto our internal support system. Using My Help Desk, users can also browse our Knowledge Base to search for common solutions to issues they may be experiencing with their information technology.
My Help Desk STAT is an accompanying service to the original My Help Desk service that allows our support technicians to offer live remote computer support to our customers. This one-on-one live support service allows quick and cost effective solutions to common computer problems. Customers no longer have to wait for scheduling or disconnect their PC and bring them to our service center. With your consent our support technicians have the ability to resolve server, desktop and network problems without ever having to leave the office!
