RG Technologies online support center provides online help, self paced training materials, access to knowledge base articles, access to current and completed work orders, useful downloads and tools and online documentation for products or services.

Current customers may log on to My Help Desk to access their work order history or the current status of a work order. While accessing My Help Desk, current customers may also browse our knowledge base for solutions to common problems.

If you were unable to attend our last scheduled training session, our course material is available for download under our training section. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the presented slide show.

As a bonus to our customers, RG Technologies offers free download links to many free applications for free removal of viruses, trojans, spyware, adware, etc. Please use these applications at your own risk. If you are unable to remedy your problem on your own, please contact us for our computer repair and computer support services.

Our online support center also houses our documentation for various products and solutions sold by RG Technologies.
